Program Acara Nikitakepo di Trans TV pada tanggal 16 April 2020 menampilkan bahwa dirinya mengemudi kendaraan berupa bis besar yang belum tentu memiliki surat izin mengemudi kendaraan tersebut, pada hari sebelumnya juga menampilkan Nikita Mirzani mengemudi sebuah angkutan umum yang belum tentu memiliki surat izin mengemudi. Selain itu pada saat mengemudi Nikita juga membawa banyak penumpang dan menampilkan dengan gaya lepas tangan pada kemudi bus. Hal ini menjadi contoh tidak baik untuk penonton yang melihatnya, penonton beranggapan bahwa semua orang bahkan anak dibawah umur juga dapat kemudikan bus tanpa SIM. Hal ini akan sangat berbahaya jika anak dibawah umur mengikuti hal tersebut.
