Saya ingin menyampaikan pengaduan saya terhadap salah satu program dari stasiun televisi NET yaitu Sahurrans pada episode Uya Kuya. Pada program tersebut terdapat pelanggaran undang undang penyiaran oleh program tersebut. Karena adanya partisipasi dari anak dibawah umur yang mengikuti program tersebut di luar jam yang diizinkan untuk anak anak. Pasal 15 ayat (1) menyebutkan bahwa lembaga penyiaran wajib memperhatikan dan melindungi kepentingan anak serta remaja. Didalam P3SPS juga terdapat batas waktu yang diperbolehkan anak anak mengisi acara dalam sebuah program televisi yaitu pada jam 21.30
